Last week, I delivered a workshop to the successful Norwegian Dynamics 365 partner SKILL CORE in their Oslo offices.
This company started early 2022 as a result of a merger between the previously independent partners eSeven and Pilaro.
The management decided that it is both important, efficient and valuable to align and further modernize their methodologies.
So we spend a day in workshop format with a group of 18 of their senior managers discussing the requirements that modern, cloud oriented customers have in today’s world. What the impact is on the way they market, sell, deliver and support Dynamics 365 solutions. And how the team should think, prepare, be educated and operate to create happy customers who are willing to enter into a long-term partnership.
During this workshop we collected many new insights, had a series of good discussions, did a few practical exercises and luckily also had some fun together. 😉
