On October 31st I will moderate a panel discussion at the annual customer day ‘Innovations to Success’ of Dutch Dynamics 365 partner @Axians in Utrecht.

The panel discussion is called the ‘ERP Battle’. And in this session we will discuss various aspects that influence the success and failure chances of ERP implementations.

The audience actively participates in these discussions by voting on statements and possible answers via their phones using Mentimeter.

The outcomes will be discussed with a panel on stage – staffed with quite different opinions. My role is to introduce and illustrate the various topics. Analyzing the opinion of the audience. And then further question the panel members so that we can all ultimately learn something new.

I’m always happy when partners opt for audience engagement and stay away from the traditional ‘Sit down, Shut up and Listen’ format. 😊
