I’m honored to be keynote speaker at the customer event that successful British Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner Xperience Group will organize on Wednesday October 18th in Newmarket, close to Cambridge.

Xperience selected the Newmarket racecourse conference center as a unique and stylish event location.

The event theme is 'Digital Solutions Summit' and the company created a strong agenda that already attracted many attendees.

The main message in my keynote is that digital transformation should be much more than just migrating your core business solutions to the cloud. Instead, it is a great opportunity to reconsider the position and importance of your customers, employees and partners. To use modern technology to place them at the center of everything you do as an organization. And to rethink your business model and propositions to see where you can add even more value.

So clearly, digital transformation is not ‘just another IT project’. Full engagement of your senior management team is crucial to achieve project success. Precisely because it relies heavily on issues such as organizational change, exemplary C-level behavior and company culture.
