Dynamics and more News

So how good are you in implementing Dynamics 365?

Today's buyers of ERP and CRM solutions are increasingly more interested in the quality and predictability of your implementation performance than in your solution set. After all - the very best solution that is poorly implemented doesn’t bring much value, right?

So how good is your company at implementing your Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions?

How high is your internal bar on the knowledge and skills sets? How often do you train your team on soft skills? How good is your implementation methodology? And does that include Organisational Change Management? Have you ensured that every developer and consultant know and master this method in detail? And if you’re the business owner, how do you make sure that your marketing, sales and pre-sales colleagues never over-promise?

Mistakes are made everywhere. But it’s always interesting to see how the outside world judges the capacity of the channel you’re part of. Most important question: what can you do to further improve the quality of your own implementations?

Any ideas?
