I was recently interviewed for the popular podcast series by Jason Gumpert, the Chief Editor of MSDynamicsWorld.com – the largest portal for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, partners and customers worldwide.
Main topic of our conversation was the incorrect focus in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner channel. And the high costs this results in for both partners and their customers.
Let me explain. Traditionally, most partners are very focused on their solution set. And on all the associated functions and features. A trend that has only increased with the recent introduction of Copilot.
Unfortunately, these partners tend to 'forget' what makes the project successful for their customers.
This fallacy costs the average D365 partner a small fortune. 💰 💸
