Keynote and panel discussion at myPartner’s customer forum

Finally it is possible to organize live events again! After two years of procrastination time and again, the successful Portuguese Dynamics365 partner myPartner will organize its 2022 Customer Forum on May 25th and 26th, 2022.

Due to the size of their customer base and her leading position in the country, myPartner decided to organise two similar events on two different locations, being Porto and Lisbon.

The overall theme of this event is Designing the Future Together and the company invited me to deliver the keynote presentations.

Keynote messages

The main message in my keynote will be that the secret of success in Digital Transformation is hidden in the second word. And that full engagement of the senior management team is a crucial requirement to achieve project success. Without C-level support, there's no point even starting a project like this!

While that’s not new for you as partners anymore, there are still many customers who believe that the software solution of their choice will automatically modernise their business processes, change the mindset of their teams and make their organisation customer-centric. Like it’s magic!

Interactive panel discussion

I will also lead an interactive panel discussion on both days. In this session, the audience will use an app to vote on a series of provocative questions on these topics:
  • Just modernise your software or your entire organisation?
  • How to best manage organisational change?
  • Is the future of business software in the cloud?

The panel consists of a handful of myPartner customers. I will discuss the outcomes of the voting processes with them in order to collect some valuable learnings for all of us.

If you are connected to myPartner, I hope to meet you in either Porto or Lisbon!
